Advent 2008

Jesus, Our Comfort and Our Hope

Maranatha, Come Lord Jesus!  We await the coming of Jesus and in these trying times we find COMFORT and HOPE in the birth of our "Prince of Peace"!  It is the prayer of our Music Ministry at St. Zachary Parish that our music will enhance your worship time and will help to prepare you for the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.  We hope that our music will be comforting to you and will help you to feel the Hope that only Jesus brings to us.  If you BELIEVE, Miracles will happen!

Many exciting events are happening during Advent this year at St. Zachary.  We will be hosting a mission from the weekend of December 13-14 through December 20-21.  Mass will be held each weeknight at 7PM and led by Fr. Gielow.  Join us for some meaningful and reflective time this Advent.

We will have a Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 21st at 3PM in the Sanctuary featuring Deborah Kugler, Vitus Wong, Natalie and Tamaron Conseur, Diane Kim and Mary Caldrone.  Invite your friend to join you for an afternoon of lovely music.

On Christmas Eve, the children's choir will sing at the 4PM Mass and will present a concert from 3:30-4PM.  Deborah Kugler, along with Natalie Conseur will sing at 7PM. The Traditional Choir will sing at Midnight Mass and sing Christmas music from 11:30PM-Midnight.  On Christmas Day, Vitus Wong will sing at 7:15AM, The RESURRECTION CHOIR at 8:30AM, The FAMILY CHOIR at 10AM, and Deborah Kugler again at 11:30AM.
