Our Mission

At St. Zachary, Jesus is the center of our lives and in his light we find strength and peace. We meet Jesus, at the celebration of the Eucharist. Our heartfelt music lifts our spirits in praise and opens our hearts to Jesus. Like our patron, St. Zachary, the Holy Spirit prompts us to break into song and reveal to the world that the Lord God of all has come to set us free. In this spirit, the people of St. Zachary reach out in tender compassion to all in need.

The Polish Community at St. Zachary

For several years, we have been celebrating the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in Polish at St. Zachary.

Since the beginning, Carmelite Fathers from Munster, Indiana have come to celebrate Mass. We have Extraordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist, Lectors and Altar Servers, as well as Adult and Kids choirs.

Since 2004, we have a Secular Order of Carmelites, under the guidance of the Carmelite Fathers. We welcome new vocations to this Order.
